I smoke a lot of cheese and have tried many different brands and flavors but this is by far the BEST flavor of pellets out there to use. Apple is a really close 2nd but the Sugar Maple has just the right amount of sweetness to mellow out and balance the smoke flavor. You guys really need to update your website/packaging on both of your Apple and Sugar Maple flavors to include and promote cheese smoking. These are the only 2 flavors I will ever use so please don’t stop selling them. Thanks!
