100% Apple Wood Pellets: Sweet, fruity smoke. Strongest of the fruit woods.. Great on beef, pork, poultry, fish, game.
100% Black Walnut Pellets: Black Walnut, hickory and pecan are cousins in the tree world. If hickory was normal, pecan would be the mild, sweet aunt and black walnut the “in your face” cousin! Black walnut is very intense and strong smoke flavor. Wonderful for adding a hickory-ish smoke taste to steak and burgers. Too strong for low and slow smoking.
100% Cherry Wood Pellets: Cherry wood is a sweet fruity, smoke that gives a rosy tint to light meats . Great on Beef, pork, poultry, fish, game.
100% HIckory Wood Pellets: Hickory is the most recognizable smoke flavor in BBQ! And it’s our best-seller! Good for all meats and game.
100% Mesquite Wood Pellets: Mesquite wood is from Texas. The smoke from mesquite is an essential component of the cookery of the Southwest. There’s no other smoke flavor like it. Mesquite smoke is good for beef, pork, poultry and fish.
100% Mulberry Wood Pellets: Mulberry is a smoking star on grilled pork chops or chicken! It’s a strong, tangy fruit flavor not really suitable for low and slow smoking.
100% Oak Wood Pellets: If hickory is the king of smoking woods, Oak is his queen! This wood gives a beautiful smoked color on foods without a strong smoky taste. Good for beef, pork, poultry and fish, oak is your flavor if you’re feeding folks who don’t like “smoky” food.
100% Orange Wood Pellets: This wonderful, citrus smoke is great for fish (of course), pork and poultry. If you marinate beef in a citrus-based liquid, Orange smoke just layers another citrus taste on top of it. If you smoke skinless chicken breast, the meat will have a distinct orangey, caramel color.
100% Pecan Wood Pellets: Similar in flavor to hickory, except milder and sweeter! Good for all meats.
100% Sassafras Wood Pellets: Musky, sweet smoke with a root beer after-taste. Great on Beef, pork, poultry, game birds. We sell lots of this down to Louisiana, where cooks smoke the meats to go in Jambalaya with Sassafras.
100% Sugar Maple Wood Pellets: 100% Sugar Maple Wood Pellets in a 1 lb. Resealable Bag. It’s a very mild, sweet light smoke . Great on beef, pork, poultry, fish, game.
Jack Daniel’s Smoking Pellets: Jack Daniel’s Smoking Pellets are made from the used mellowing charcoal from the Jack Daniel’s Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee. This charcoal is soaked in whiskey for weeks before exchanging for a fresh batch of sugar maple charcoal. The spent charcoal is mixed with oak and processed into wood pellets for BBQ smoking. Jack Daniel’s Smoking Pellets are wonderful with beef and pork, especially steaks and hamburgers.
Savory Herb Pellets: Take some oregano, rosemary and thyme dried leaves, mix with some oak sawdust and make pellets. That’s what these are and they smell like pizza! The heat generated during the pelleting process, super-activates the leafy herbs, intensifying the flavor. This is a good smoke flavor for anything that you’d marinate in Italian dressing and it’s a natural for cooking pizza on the grill.
